Where are the Hmong Students at the University of California?
Hmong undergraduate student enrollment across the UC have decreased by 14% since 2014 from 583 down to 506. Last year Hmong female students represented 64% compared to male students 36%.
About 57% of Hmong students attend only two campuses, Davis and Merced. Enrollment at the other campuses remain relatively consistent in number except for Santa Cruz where Hmong students have decreased by 40% the past five years.
